I think fleshie is better if you want your figs to look more realistic, but yellow is good for it's variety and it costs less.

C. Jess said...

I usually like yellow, because it gives creations a more "classic" LEGO look. Although, for some stuff that I want to be more realistic, I like fleshie.

axonn1226 said...

i like to use yellow because there are more faces to choose from

Yellow!!

Yellow. I like the classic : )

Storyshaper said...

I use both but prefer yellow. To me, its just not LEGO without yellow heads/hands.

Yellow, because of the variety. Fleshie lends a more relistic feel, but I have so many yellow heads to choose from it's really a no brainer.

Jman said...

I like both, but LEGO makes a lot more variations of yellow heads. So...

Taco Socks said...

Well I like both. Yellow has a lot more variety and a more original feel, but on the other hand flesh has a more realistic feel. So overall I would have to say yellow.

Joebro_Bubba said...

Definitely the fleshy. :P

Lee said...

Yellow Lego has all of the collectible figs using yellow heads. There is way more kinds than fleshy.

Lego Comando said...

Well, I use both because I'm not that picky, but I do prefer fleshy. Yellow is classic (as others have said.) Fleshy is my favorite because it is more realistic-ish.

TheBricks said...

Lately I've been using fleshy. It is more realistic. The downside is that fleshy doesn't have enough variety, whereas yellow has tons of options. I tend to use fleshies for more realistic dioramas and yellow for humorous tablescraps or MOCs that require large amounts of minifigures.

Brickitivity said...

There are a bunch of cool yellow heads but I really like tan heads now... I'm in a dead tie.

Enigo Montoya said...

Yellow has some of the best variations, and you can never run out of options!

Halobrick Productions/Customs said...

I prefer fleshy on my customs,to me its seems more realistic on minifigures :D

Daken the Bladesmith said...

I like Fleshie for my WWII and Gladiators but I like the wider range of the yellow so I use that for my medieval and other MOCs.

Blockburn said...

Yellow. Fleshy can look good in some situations, but yellow has so many more options. The only thing that Fleshy had on yellow was the rebel troopers with the chin strip, but now that the coldstreme gaurd fig has one, the scales have tipped back in favor of the yellows.

legosrock12345 said...

Flesh would be my favorite. But like lots of other people, yellow has a wider choice/variety. Flesh would be so much popular if there was a bigger variety.

Clayton said...

Yellow, because I'm old school.

Lando said...

Brown.

But because that's not an option I prefer classic yellow.

-Rinzler- said...

Totally flesh. I wish there was more flesh heads, though.

Werter said...

Fleshy all the way.

Guppy said...

I love yellow heads because they are easier to paint in my opinion.

Pokey said...

I have to say Fleshie

lego dude said...

I have to say yellow its cheap, has more variety, and is great to work with.Good luck to everyone

lego girl said...

i have to say i lean towards yellow its easy to get a hold of and its classical

lego brick said...

yellow head and hands they're the coolest

old legos said...

i love fleshie but there arent enough faces

Ayla said...

Yellow is better alot more good heads are in yellow.

Blarg Ima win this time. said...

I like fleshie more realistic.

Caleb said...

Yellow has more heads so ill have to take yellow.

Halobrick Productions/Customs said...

Now that i really think about it,to me,they are both pretty good, even though i prefer fleshie over yellow they are both very detailed.Fleshie is good for like CoD figures or WWII figures, modern combat ,etc. that sort of thing.Yellow is good for likeHarry Potter or Ninja's.But overall they are both very good for many customs

I feel like i just typed a essay :P

tyaak said...

Fleshie ftw. It's more realistic, and intimidating. Yellow reminds me of the simpsons, and they aren't intimidating, just funny(: Fleshie also has cooler heads/expressions. just my opinion.

Bee815 said...

I prefer yellow, for the reason that is (pretty much) the sole characteristic of LEGO minifigs, since all of the clone brands copied LEGO and made them fleshie. Fleshie is useful in some situations, and if you have a whole lot of 'em, but I usually prefer and use yellow.

jonathon said...

i think that fleshie to make your figs look cooler, yellow is good to and its cheaper

Brixster26 said...

I will say yellow hands down. I say the yellow minifig heads are more diverse. Take for example the German soldier Otto. His yellow minifig head looks like a BA sea captain or nazi soldier. The fleshie head it comes with has a slight lip curl which makes him look like he's passed gas and is hiding a secret. The yellow is vastly easier to come by and still works well with the minifigs of old. Just my opinion.

Master_M said...

I like fleshy more, because it's more realistic, but I use yellow more, because I have a lot more yellow than fleshy.

The Trandoshan said...

I honestly don't know the difference! LOL I guess ill say 'fleshy' because to me, that seems like arm, legs, (of white, not to be racist), and I enjoy making people have no sleeves. xD

wierdo said...

I like fleshie but since there are more yellow i use yellow. How come brown wasn't a choice?

wierdo said...

I forgot to mention that fleshie is easier to get.Sorry for the double post.

gark said...

Ih siht si sdrawkcab I ekil eihself.

Brickarms Dude said...

Fleshy because it looks more realistic. The only reason I would choose yellow would be because of the many expressions it has.

Spenman1 said...

Yellow, yellow from the start and yellow to the finish.

Nikolai said...

I tend to use yellow more, mainly because most of my Fleshy heads have no variety- most Indiana Jones faces. I also like the faces from the Collectable Minifigures a lot.

Bebs said...

When I say "Fleshy" I mean the realistic flesh colors, those that mimic skin tones as opposed to cartoon yellow. So to me, that includes brown.

captainbane said...

Yellows to the end.

pengun24 said...

really I like both but if I have to choose I would go with yellow because it's the classic lego mini fig color.

Liam4242 said...

Eve though I have almost none, I like fleshie better. Its more realistic, looks better, and photographs better!

stephen said...

I like the yellow

kemmerb said...

Yellow is cooler in my book.

All Agog said...

Yellow, There are more options.

~All Agog

101stairborne said...

I prefer yellow, simply because, while it is less realistic, I think yellow just has better faces, and more of them.

RC11 said...

fleshy

SureShot said...

Well, I prefer yellow for some and fleshy for others. My favorite fig has fleshy so that's what I'll go with.

Pedro said...

Yellow, it is the original one but that depends, for a realistic and movies do them in fleshie, but if you are not going to be absolutely realistic go with yellow, it's also cheaper!! :D

Hope I win :)

brickarms ninja said...

Yellow because more options and my only retro LEGO guy(a soccer player) has a yellow head.He has a moustache-goatee-beard combo:D.

Armytoad said...

I like flesh best, but there isn't a good amount of different flesh heads.

Clucker said...

In my opinion, I prefer flesh because it is more life-like, and is a more "calm" color, so it looks better with certain colors.

weirdo said...

Thanks.

Wow! Thanks Bebs and JD! And good luck to everyone else in the next giveaway.
